QUANTUM JUMP était un groupe britannique qui  jouait un style de  rock progressif Funk. Comme Rupert Hine le mentionne dans les liner notes, ils essayaient de mélanger le Funk et le Jazz-Fusion.

Le titre The Lone Ranger a été interdit par la BBC en raison de ses références drogues et homosexuelles, un single a été réédité en 1979, et bien que séparé  Quantum Jump s'est réuni pour apparaître sur Top Of The Pops
